Raid team, ranks and schedule updates

# We're removing the scheduled day for HfC Heroic. Feel free to pug this or make your own runs with guildies. No DKP awarded for HC.

# We'll now do 4 days Mythic (same days and times as before, HC is replaced with an additional mythic run).

# The day where we have the least strong raid group will be the day where we clear the first 6 bosses.

# Instead of having a 20-man core team with random backups we will now stick to a 25-man core team for more consistency. Other raiders will still be able to get spots occasionally when available. Top 20 core will be guaranteed raid spots 3 days a week. Bottom 5 core will be guaranteed raid spot 1 day per week. Prospects will be brought into the core group when spots become available.

# Previous rank system will be replace by a more static system. We'll stick to 25 "Made Man" ranks which will be the 25-man core team. Connected rank will be removed and Soldier rank kept for raiders not yet in Core group.

# To bid on an item in the first round:
    - you must have posted a BiS list in forums
    - the item must be in your BiS list
    - the item must be an upgrade (ilvl, wf or socket is good, but not speed/leech etc)
