<Why must i cry>

WHAT IS THIS?
The BiS list is a loot-priority list where all raiders will get priority on one possible item for every gear slot FROM TOMB OF SARGERAS.

When an item drops it will be checked towards the Priority-lists and eligible raiders may bid in a Priority-list exclusive round, preceding the MS round bidding. If the item appears on nobody's list, or if nobody chose to bid in the Priority-round, the item will go next for bidding in an MS-round.
