New mythic team ranks: Soldier and Made Man

Connected: Any raid difficuly raider. This is the pool of raiders we'll be gearing in Heroics to allow them to get into Mythic and become a Soldier.
Soldier: Mythic raider with lower attendance. Basically serves as a backup pool for open raid spots.
Made man: Core team mythic raider. Has very good attendance and always priority for Mythic raid spots. Drop in attendance rate will result in demote to Soldier.

Soldiers and Made Men will be evaluated by management every tuesday.
