This is a list of current core roster (25 players). The top 20 players are guaranteed raid spots if they are on time and will be available for the full duration of the raid. The bottom 5 players are considered backups, but still core team members, and as such they will have the same priority on loot as top 20 core.
When spots for the top 20 core becomes available, we will choose someone from the 5 backup core to fill up.
All raiders outside this list will still have a chance for a temporary raid spot if we're missing core players for a raid. These player will not have the same loot priority (bis) as the core raiders, but instead will bid in the "main spec round". When backup spots become available we will mainly choose from these players outside the raid group who still sign regularly and are available as secondary backups. Attendance is the #1 factor we will look at when bringing new players into the core group. To get into the core team you will also need to have good enough gear and know your class well enough.
