<Why must i cry>

On Tuesday 14 Juli we'll reset all raiders to the "Soldier" rank.

This is because the "Made Man" rank is meant to indicate members part of the current active progression/core raid team. To make it less messy and more manageable, all Made Men will be demoted, even if you are already 100% core material.

Now, to get a "Made Man" promotion you'll have to meet a few simple requirements:

1. Attend guild raids regularly to help progression.
2. During raids; be friendly, patient and keep focus.
3. Work towards getting better at your class to push more dps/hps and to fully use your class abilities which will help the raid overall performance and survivability.

We hope that this will, both in short- and long-term, let us faster evolve into a mythic level raiding guild.
